All rates are subject to Minnesota sales tax and 3% lodging surcharge.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

Summer weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday. 

Shorter stays available. 

Call for openings.

Don't hesitate to call us for anytime, last minute openings do occur.

Spring and Fall, we will rent to fit your vacation plans, 2 night minimum stay.

Deer Hunting - all cabins have running water and clean safe electric heat.

Cabin deposits are  $200/ 1BR,  $300/ 2BR and $400/ 4BR (Nels) cabins for each cabin week.
 A $100.00 deposit is required for pontoon or deluxe boat reservation.
Balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation charge is $75.00.  

For cancellations received 90 days prior to start of your reservation,
 deposit will be refunded less $75.00 per cabin.

For cancellations received less than 90 days prior to start of your reservation,
the deposit is refunded less $75.00 per cabin, only if all resort vacancies are filled at the same rate.  

No refunds for early departures.

      PETS     

One Pet is allowed in Cabins Ross, Julie and Mitch with prior approval..  
A pet fee of  $20/day or $125/week is required. 
This is a kenneling charge for a pet to stay with guest. 
This is not a charge for excessive cleaning/damages after a pet has left.  
Prior pet approval is required.
Pets must be house broken, no puppies.
Pets must be leased or kenneled at all times, never left unattended, and cleaned up after immediately. 
Owners are responsible for any damages, and current MN shot requirements. 
A valid credit card must be given at check in and excessive cleaning and/or damages found after stay will be charged. 
Barking problems or guest complaints will cause a pet to be asked to leave.

VISITORS
Please make visitors arrangements in advance at the office.
All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.  No pets. Vistor charge is
$10.00 per person per day. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors.
All visitors must leave by 9.00 P.M.
